We have a multi-site opportunity for an experienced SAP PM superuser / Stores Manager to work collaboratively with our plant factory management teams. You will be creating and implementing training of best practices while supporting across the UK manufacturing footprint. You will drive the successes of improving SAP useage to best-in-class level, improving stores management and engineering indirect spend processes in support of delivering the BU’s financial targets.

 

In addition, the role also has indirect responsibility for the effective training of all engineering staff, processes and procedures including financial governance, stores control and indirect purchasing commitments.

 

Refresco UK are part of the Refresco Group a multi-national independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites across Europe, North America, and Australia in 15 countries. In the UK we have 6 sites. We work with all the large UK supermarkets plus many well-known branded drinks producers.

 

SAP PM Superuser and Stores Manager – 1 year minimum FTC

Shift Pattern: Days Monday – Friday 38 hours

Duties of a SAP PM Manager / Stores Manager:

  • The S.A.P. PM & Stores manager will take responsibility for development and optimisation of the SAP PM Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) across the UK Manufacturing footprint.
  • Ownership and site support of the S.A.P. PM opportunity, ensuring all S.A.P. procedures, SOPs reporting and work practises exceed financial governance requirements and driving optimisation of the system and associated business processes and tools.
  • Ensure the timely escalation and resolution of issues whilst also providing regular, structured updates on progress and issues to key customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop, drive and own auditing requirements around MRO Stores Scorecards and milestones leading the optimisation opportunities through the UK Manufacturing footprint. This individual will actively lead improvement programs to reduce the UK’s financial exposure due to engineering stores stock holdings whilst ensuring that stocks are sufficient to support the manufacturing asset base. Perform and communicate a process of auditing the MRO Stores to ensure financial governance and business processes are fully adhered to.
  • Through ownership and delivery of the required training programs, this individual will act as a coach to ensure all sites have robust systems and skills to deliver critical core functions (WOs, Purch Req / orders, Maint Scheduling, Stock cycle counting, materials masters etc.
  • Own, develop, maintain, communicate and control all SAP PM training materials in a modular format such that training by role can be delivered to new starters and role movers within the organisation.
  • Develop knowledge of external best practise and share this within the function.
  • Act as lead representative for the UK on any SAP PM upgrade programs.

Introduction to SAP PM resources, Scorecards & presentation data, Obsolescence, Engineers Utilisation, Governance & Procedures Policy, Matrix & self-assessment, Training documentation, Winshuttle Load files, Rubix Leakage Report, Capex Project Support, Cycle count attainment review, Stock Transport Order Support, Master data management, Ongoing SAP PM configuration and testing, End user training & development

 

About you

  • Strong SAP PM experience is a must (CMMS system)
  • Experience in developing implementing training
  • Strong fault finding experience on SAP PM
  • Have a good understanding of stores management
