Quality Technologist 
Permanent 
Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5 pm and Friday 8:30 am – 4 pm

The Quality Technologist team 

You will report to the Quality Manager and will be working in a team of 4.

Key responsibilities of the role:
•    Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company, customer, and industry standards.
•    Investigate consumer complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
•    Collect samples as per quality plan, ensuring timely analysis and appropriate reporting.
•    Perform traceability exercises according to agreed plan.
•    Support new starter and refresher training, equipment verification, and customer expectation integration into Refresco protocols.

About you
•    Hold good knowledge and understanding of HACCP, Food Safety, and BRC principle
•    Demonstrable experience as a Quality Assurance/Technologist
•    Experience in a fast-paced, lean environment such as FMCG/Manufacturing
